I found no credible public reports o r recalls that indicate a recognized pattern of electrical problems o r fire‑hazard issues for JMC vehicles in Pakistan.

That said — because the general safety/quality oversight in Pakistan’s auto‑assembly/import industry has known gaps lack of robust local testing labs reliance on external certification — there is a plausible but unverified risk that wiring, battery, fuel-line, o r other systems might differ in quality depending on the individual unit.

What you should do: When you get o r inspect a JMC vehicle — check wiring harnesses, battery installation, fuel‑line integrity, look for signs of poor workmanship loose wires, exposed cables, poor insulation. Also ask for warranty/after‑sales support for electrical/fuel system issues.
