Transmission Fluid Condition & Leak Checks

Is the transmission fluid at the correct level, clean not dark, discolored, o r burnt‑smelling, and free from leaks underneath the vehicle? Has the fluid ever been changed o r serviced since delivery, and are the seals, gaskets o r cooler lines intact no seepage o r stains on parking spots?
