Haval H6 misfiring and engine jerking — is it a faulty ignition coil? Detail:

My 2022 Haval H6 1.5T has started jerking and misfiring when I press the accelerator, especially in traffic. The Check Engine Light comes on sometimes and then disappears. The local mechanic says one of the ignition coils might be weak. Has anyone else faced ignition coil failure in their H6 in Pakistan? Could poor petrol quality o r heat be the reason?

My OBD scanner shows code P0303 misfire in cylinder 3 on my Haval H6. The car shakes slightly and loses power under load. The mechanic thinks it’s a faulty ignition coil but says these parts are expensive and not easily available in Pakistan. Should I replace only the bad coil, o r is it safer to replace all four at once?
