How can I protect my BMW 2 Series from scratches caused by narrow streets and tight parking in Pakistani cities?

Driving in crowded cities like Lahore and Islamabad means my BMW often brushes against walls o r other cars. What accessories o r precautions can I use to minimize scratches, especially on the doors and bumpers?
