How frequently should brake pads be replaced in Changan Kalam under average Pakistani driving conditions?

Should owners follow the standard 20,000–40,000 km interval, o r shorten it due to local factors? What’s the real-world experience?

While international guidelines suggest 20,000–40,000 km, in Pakistan’s urban, dusty, and hilly areas, pads often need replacement as early as 15,000–25,000 km. Real-world usage, frequent braking, and local road quality demand more frequent inspection and sometimes early replacement.
