Considering the dusty roads and pollution in Pakistan, how frequently should I check and replace the engine air filter and cabin air filter in my Mercedes-Benz E-Class? What are the risks of delaying filter replacement?

In Pakistan’s dusty and polluted conditions, more frequent replacement of air filters is necessary to protect your vehicle:

Cabin Air Filter: Should be checked and replaced every 12,000 to 15,000 kilometers o r at least once a year.

Engine Air Filter: Ideally replaced every 15,000 to 20,000 kilometers, but more frequent checks are recommended due to dusty roads.

Delaying filter replacement can lead to reduced engine efficiency, poor fuel economy, increased emissions, and compromised air quality inside the car. Regular inspection and timely replacement help maintain vehicle performance and comfort.
