How to fix minor scratches on Haval H6 without repainting the whole panel?

My silver Haval H6 got some light scratches on the rear door and bumper — probably from someone brushing past in a tight parking space. The scratches aren’t too deep, but they’re visible in sunlight. Does anyone know a good method o r polish to remove them without repainting? I’ve heard about rubbing compound and ceramic coating — which works best in Pakistan’s dusty conditions?
