Is a transmission oil pan gasket leak common in Mercedes-Benz C-Class in Pakistan?
My 2012 C180 shows signs of slow transmission fluid leakage, especially after being parked overnight. A mechanic in Lahore mentioned it could be due to a worn oil pan gasket. How common is this issue in Pakistani conditions heat, road quality, etc., and is it safe to drive for a few days before repair?

In Pakistani conditions—hot weather and stop-and-go traffic—these gaskets wear out faster. You might see s of red fluid under the car after its parked. While you can drive for a short period, it’s important to top up the ATF and fix the gasket soon to prevent transmission slippage o r overheating.
