Is oil leakage a common hidden issue behind Changan Kalam’s excessive oil consumption in Pakistan?

Minor leaks from the oil pan, filter, o r gaskets might not be visible but could lead to oil loss. Are owners checking for this regularly?

Yes. Even small leaks from:

Oil pan gasket

Drain bolt

Oil filter housing

Valve cover gasket

...can result in noticeable oil between services.

Since these leaks are often slow, they might not leave puddles but can:

Get burned off on hot components so owners don’t see s
