Many users report that the truck struggles o r sags when fully loaded. Is the real-world load capacity less than the claimed figures?

Technically, yes — but practically, no.
While Changan claims a payload of 800–1000 kg, in real-world Pakistani conditions:

Roads are rough

Loads are often uneven o r excessive

Driving patterns include sudden stops and long distances

As a result, many users observe rear sagging, chassis stress, and loss of balance even below the maximum advertised weight. This suggests the practical safe payload is closer to 700–800 kg, especially for rough rural use.
