Kia Picanto Additives USE?

I own a Kia Picanto and it has been driven for around 13,000 KM my question is can we use Oil Additives in KIA Picanto like LIQUI Molly if yes. Please tell me how is this gonna affect my car

Also if you guys know can we use additives regularly in the car is it safe?

You are not supposed to use these unless your car is on a deathbed, to be honest.
13,000KM is not bad your car is still brand new and I would advise against using Additives.
