Paint cracks and dents after minor impact — poor paint flexibility on Haval H6?

After a small bump in traffic, my Haval H6 developed a dent and the paint cracked slightly on the corner of the rear bumper. I was surprised because the impact wasn’t strong. Is the paint layer on Haval cars less flexible than others? Will a paint touch-up fix it, o r should I repaint the whole area? Also, does Haval Pakistan’s warranty cover paint o r dent repair for minor damage like this?
