Transmission warning light in BMW 218i—should I keep driving?

The transmission warning light recently came on in my 2018 BMW 218i while driving on the motorway. The car seems to drive fine otherwise. Has anyone else in Pakistan faced this, and what was the fix? Is it safe to continue driving?
