Ust and paint bubbling on door edges and wheel arches — early corrosion issue?

After the recent rainy season in Lahore, I’ve started noticing small rust bubbles forming under the paint near the door edges and wheel arches of my 2021 Haval H6. The car is washed regularly and hasn’t had any bodywork. Could this be due to weak factory paint protection o r poor undercoating? What’s the best way to treat it before the rust spreads — repaint, detailing, o r anti-rust coating?

This issue should not appear in a relatively new car, so it’s likely due to weak underbody protection o r exposure to trapped moisture. Some owners in Lahore and Karachi have reported early rusting under the door seams and fenders, especially after monsoon seasons.

Likely causes:

Water retention and humidity: Frequent rain o r car washes without proper drying can trap moisture under paint edges.

Thin underbody o r seam sealer: The H6’s factory coating in some imported units is not fully optimized for Pakistan’s humidity and road salt.

Paint crack o r stone damage: Even small chips can let water under the paint, causing bubbling.

What to do:
