What Are the Risks of Driving with Low o r High Tire Pressure on a Hyundai Tucson?

I want to understand how under-inflated o r over-inflated tires affect my Tucson’s performance, safety, and tire wear, especially on Pakistan’s roads.

Low tire pressure causes increased tire flexing, overheating, poor fuel efficiency, and faster wear on edges. It also reduces handling and braking performance, increasing accident risk.

High tire pressure reduces tire contact patch, leading to harsh rides, uneven center tread wear, and higher risk of blowouts on rough roads.

Driving on Pakistan’s pothole-filled and uneven surfaces with improper pressure increases the risk of tire damage and loss of control.
