Many owners feel the JAC T6’s suspension is firm o r uncomfortable, and these are the common reasons:

Pickup-Style Suspension: Like most pickups, the JAC T6 uses leaf springs at the rear, designed for load-carrying, not comfort. With no load, the ride becomes stiff.

Suspension Tuning: Chinese pickups usually prioritize durability and load capacity, so the suspension is set firmer than comfort-focused Japanese models.

Road Conditions: Rough and uneven roads in many areas of Pakistan make stiff suspension feel even harsher.

Stock Tires: The factory-fitted tires are often hard-compound, which increases vibration and reduces comfort.

Build Quality Variations: Some users report slight inconsistencies in shock absorber performance o r premature wear, impacting smoothness.

How to Improve Ride Comfort:

Use softer, high-quality all-terrain tires

Keep tire pressure slightly lower but still within safe limits

Install aftermarket comfort shocks o r premium gas shocks

Add a small load in the rear 50–80 kg to soften the leaf springs

Ensure suspension bushings and shocks are in good condition

These improvements can significantly enhance the ride but won’t eliminate the firm feel completely because of the pickup’s design.
