What is the average cost of replacing brake pads and rotors on a Mercedes E-Class in Pakistan?

My Mercedes E-Class W212 needs new front brake pads and rotors. I’ve gotten a few quotes, but prices vary a lot between workshops. What is the typical price range for genuine vs. aftermarket parts in Pakistan? And should I always insist on OEM for safety reasons, o r are good-quality alternatives okay?

Front brake pads OEM: ₨ 18,000 – ₨ 30,000

Front rotors pair, OEM: ₨ 30,000 – ₨ 60,000

Aftermarket brake pads: ₨ 8,000 – ₨ 15,000

Labour charges per axle: ₨ 2,000 – ₨ 5,000

Recommendations:

OEM o r high-quality European aftermarket brands like Brembo, Textar are best for safety and performance.
