What is the recommended tire pressure for Mercedes-Benz E-Class when driving on rough o r uneven roads in Pakistan?

My Mercedes E-Class W213 often drives on poorly maintained roads with potholes and speed bumps. What is the correct tire pressure for front and rear tires in these conditions? Should I adjust the tire pressure slightly to improve comfort and reduce tire damage?

Mercedes-Benz E-Class models generally recommend the following tire pressures:

Front tires: 32–34 PSI

Rear tires: 34–36 PSI
When driving with 2–4 passengers o r light load

For Pakistan’s rough roads:

Slightly lower tire pressure 1–2 PSI below recommended can improve ride comfort and absorb potholes better.

However, do not go below 30 PSI, as it increases tire wear and fuel consumption.

Tips:

Check pressure once a week, especially during weather changes.

Always adjust pressure when tires are cold.

Use nitrogen filling if possible — it reduces pressure fluctuation in hot weather.

Note: Pressure may also vary based on wheel size 17, 18, o r 19 — check the sticker on the driver-side door jamb for your exact model.
