Why do the headlight bulbs on my BMW 2 Series burn out frequently in Pakistan’s hot weather?

I’ve had to replace my BMW 220i’s headlight bulbs multiple times over the last year. Could Pakistan’s extreme heat o r poor road conditions be causing the bulbs to fail so often?

Frequent bulb failure in hot climates like Pakistan’s is common because:

High ambient temperatures cause the filament inside the bulb to weaken faster.

Voltage fluctuations from unstable electricity supply o r alternator stress can shorten bulb life.

Dust and vibration from rough roads also contribute to premature failure by damaging bulb filaments.

Tip: Use high-quality OEM o r branded bulbs designed for high-temperature endurance. Also, ensure the car’s electrical system is healthy, including voltage regulators.
