Why does my BMW 2 Series AC blow warm air when idle o r stuck in traffic in Pakistan?

When my BMW 220i is idle in Lahore traffic, the AC starts blowing warm air, but it gets cooler again while driving. Could this be a compressor issue o r something else related to idle cooling performance?

This is a very common issue in city driving e.g., Lahore o r Islamabad and typically points to cooling fan o r compressor-related issues. Possible causes:

Radiator/condenser fan not spinning at low RPM, causing the AC system to overheat

Weak o r worn AC compressor that only engages fully at higher RPM

Dirty condenser reducing airflow and cooling capacity at low speeds
Check whether the engine cooling fan runs when AC is on while the car is stationary. If not, the fan motor o r relay may be faulty. Also, ensure the condenser is clean and not clogged with dust o r insects.
