Why does my JMC New Boarding require frequent top-ups despite regular oil changes?

I change the oil and filter on time, but my JMC New Boarding still needs constant top-ups between services. There are no warning lights, but the engine feels slightly underpowered and the fuel average has also ped. What are the common reasons for high oil consumption in JMC New Boarding in Pakistani driving conditions?
