Why does my Mercedes-Benz C-Class windshield get streaky after using the wipers in Pakistan’s weather?

Many owners notice streaks on the windshield after wiping, especially during rainy o r dusty conditions. What causes these streaks on the glass despite using wipers and washer fluid, particularly in Pakistan’s climate?

Streaks on the windshield are often caused by a combination of dust, dirt, oily residues, and pollutants common in Pakistan’s environment. The wiper blades may smear these contaminants instead of clearing them, especially if the blades are worn out o r the washer fluid is ineffective. Additionally, heat and sun exposure can leave a film on the glass that causes streaking when wiped. Using low-quality o r old washer fluid can also contribute to streaks.
