Why Does My Mercedes C-Class Engine Overheat in Pakistani Weather Conditions?
Some C-Class owners in Pakistan experience engine overheating, especially in the summer o r during long drives with A/C on. Is the cooling system not suited for Pakistan’s high temperatures? Could it be due to radiator, thermostat, o r fan issues?

Engine overheating in Pakistan, especially during hot summers o r long traffic jams, is often due to a combination of:
Weak cooling system components like an aging radiator o r fan.
Blocked radiator fins from dust and road debris.
Low-quality o r old coolant that doesn’t protect against extreme heat.
Thermostat o r water pump failure, especially in older o r neglected vehicles.
Solutions:
Use a high-quality coolant not plain water and replace it every 2–3 years.
Flush the radiator regularly.
Inspect the cooling fan, water pump, and thermostat for wear.
Avoid prolonged idling in extreme heat with A/C on full blast.
