Why does the JAC T6 windshield become streaky after using the wipers?

Many owners in Pakistan notice that their windshield leaves streaks o r smears after wiping, especially during rain o r after washing. Could worn wiper blades, hard water deposits, o r improper cleaning methods be causing this problem? How can owners ensure clear visibility during driving?
