Why is the cabin temperature of Suzuki Mehran so hot even with windows down?

During summers, the inside of my Mehran gets extremely hot, even when the windows are slightly open. The black dashboard and lack of insulation make it worse. Are there any cheap interior upgrades o r hacks to keep the cabin cooler in the Pakistani climate?
