Are hard water stains making my Mehran’s windshield look streaky?

After washing the car, the windshield has white streaks and spots that don’t go away easily. I’ve heard this could be due to hard water. How can I remove these stains and prevent them in the future?

Yes, hard water stains are a big problem in many Pakistani cities. They appear as white spots o r streaks after a car wash and are hard to remove.
To fix:

Use vinegar mixed with water 1:1 and wipe the windshield with a microfiber cloth.

For stubborn stains, try a glass polish o r cleaner with mild abrasives.

To prevent it, use filtered o r soft water for washing, o r dry the windshield immediately with a clean cloth after rinsing.
