Do seasonal temperature changes affect tire pressure in Mehran?

During early mornings o r winter months, my tire pressure warning light comes on. Does cold weather reduce tire pressure, and how often should I check o r adjust it during seasonal changes in Pakistan?

Yes, tire pressure naturally decreases in cold weather and slightly increases in hot weather.
