How do rough roads in Pakistan affect tire tread wear on Suzuki Mehran?

I drive my Mehran mostly on rough, uneven roads. Could this be the reason my tire tread is wearing out unevenly? What can I do to reduce tire damage in these conditions?

Driving regularly on rough, broken roads causes accelerated and uneven tire wear in Mehran.
