Yes, fogging o r condensation inside the headlight assembly is a common issue, especially during the monsoon season o r in coastal cities like Karachi. The Tucsons headlight housing sometimes has poor sealing o r inadequate ventilation, allowing moisture to seep in. In many cases, it clears up once the car dries out, but persistent moisture can damage internal components o r reduce visibility.

To resolve this, users often reseal the headlight housing using silicone o r replace the rubber seals. If under warranty, dealerships might replace o r reseal the headlight, but its a grey area in terms of warranty coverage.
