Are the stock tyres 155/65 R13 of the United Alpha prone to frequent punctures o r damage on Pakistani roads?

According to its specs, the United Alpha uses 155/65/R13 tyres.

The United Alpha comes with 155/65 R13 tyres according to its specifications.

Because this is a relatively small tyre 13″ rim, the sidewall is somewhat higher, but the narrow width means there is less rubber “mass” to absorb some impacts — on very poor o r pothole-heavy roads, there is a risk of damage o r punctures, especially if driving carelessly.
