I purchased 2003 suzuki Mehran vx on 20th Jan 2010. Since than i am very busy with my car. I replaced all wheel bearings, got repaired the drive shaft( goda),greased the whole stearing assembly. I supposed that now the problem is over. but.......... I am in a big trouble and need urgent help.
1. car is producing bubbles in the coolant reservoir and in radiator.
2. it produces white smoke and drop water droplets as well,
But
Inspite of all these, my car drives well, it goes to the speed of 100km/hours with no problem on cng,
2 Engine don't overheat, temperature needle stays below half while driving,
but mechanic says that head gasket is blown away, so you have to completely overhaul the engine, Now i am very confused , what to do, plz help me

I think there should be some other reason as well for these bubbles, many members face the same problem and I, even after replacing new gasket, seeing bubbles in radiator BUT having 120~130 KM/hr. with Khyber 1990. Daily drive ~115 KM.

There is a Water Pump to pump the water in Engine's cooling system, bubbles might be coming from pump. I don't know if all vehicles have pump.
