Charade 1985 with Cultus engine

I had charade with cultus engine.everything great accelration pick great.i had two problems first its cng consumption is too much i tune up many times but stiill drinking cng and 2nd problem is wobbles soo much at 95 in start its pick great but after 95km/h it gonna still at 95km no more speed untill full accelrator pressed.help me plzz
