Charade 87 Diesel Heating Problems

I bought charade 87 diesel 3 years ago, since then i m having problem that it gets overheated after few kilometers. i hv replaced engine's head twice and also changed its head gaskit 3 times, cleaned radiator 2 times, increased radiator fan speed. i hv done all these things in quick succesion just to locate and address the problems.

my turbo of engine is not working, ring piston r bit weak. water flow z normal, no visual leakage. neither the mechanic knows where the problem is.

Can someone give me advice on what should i do or is there any goood charade mechanic i rawalpindi.

Dear

If ur car is non Ac then if it is is equipeed with turbo but its not functional then either you have to mend it or you have to install an air inlet of a non turbo engine, reason is that ur engine in not getting adequate amount of air
