Help me find Charade Mechanic in Rawalpindi

I have Charade 1988 Petrol. Its Engine Requires complete overhauling. But i fear that generally mechanics even dont Know its tuning requirements. Please do Help me to find a mechanic who realy knows its ins and outs.

I also have a petrol charade and just got the engine changed some time back. The mechanic that I go to is really good and I have been going to him for the last three years or so. The best thing about the guy is that he is extremely honest. He has quite some experience in charades as whenever I visit him, there's some old charade's engine lying in his shop which he has just worked with.
His shop's address is
Ahata mubarak,
near transport dealers shop)lots of mini trucks around),
chah sultan.
The easiest way to his shop is to enter from murree road, after you pass chandni chowk and rawal road's entry point, then central hospital, then there is the entry to chah sultan. Ask anyone about ahata mubarak and in there yousaf ustad. He is a young guy with a small beard.
Waisay he suggests that due to very low quality parts available in the market, it's better to go for an engine swap rather than overhauling but he is really good in the overhauling stuff.
