Help Required for Charade Urgently..

AoA!
I have a Daihatsu Charade 86 Model since last 3 years and it was in ammaculate condition.

but i think now after running on CNG its head is out of order as its giving Smoke and Cam is also giving its noice, its Carborator also required settings as it gives Black smoke all the time when i drive it on Petrol .

Dear Brothers please suggest any good & Expert Charade Car Mechanic for my Engine overhaul & Carborator settings as i want to keep this Car.

& please tell me How Much i have to spend for all the above works.

Brother where you live, there is a mechanic name is Yasir Dubia motors in Cantt.area dhaka road he also have a charade gtti model and he personally swap 4efe engine in his own charade, very nice and competent guy
