How do I know if my Mehran’s engine is burning oil internally?

My car doesn’t have any oil leaks, but the oil level keeps ping and I sometimes see blue smoke from the exhaust. Could this mean the engine is burning oil? What parts should I check — piston rings, valve seals?

Signs your Mehran is burning oil:

Blue smoke from the exhaust, especially on startup o r during acceleration.

Frequent oil top-ups with no visible leaks.

Oily spark plugs o r carbon buildup on them.
This typically points to worn piston rings o r valve stem seals. A cylinder compression test can help diagnose whether the issue lies with the rings o r the valves.
