How do I know if my Suzuki Swift’s transmission cooler lines are leaking fluid?

I’ve been seeing transmission fluid spots on the driveway, and my Swift’s transmission performance seems to be slightly off. Could the transmission cooler lines be leaking? How do I inspect these lines for cracks o r damage, and what steps should I take to fix them?
