How to fix Suzuki Swift infotainment system lag o r touch issues?

The infotainment screen in my Swift GLX variant often lags o r becomes unresponsive, especially after a few minutes of use. Has anyone else faced this issue in Pakistan? Is it a software problem o r should I consider replacing the unit?

The stock infotainment unit especially on the GLX variant is known for occasional lag, freezing, o r poor touch response. Reasons include:

Low processing power of the system

Software glitches

Overheating inside the cabin

Faulty o r slow SD cards for maps

You can try:

Factory reset of the infotainment system via settings.

Software update if available from Suzuki.

Use lightweight apps and avoid running multiple tasks simultaneously.

If problems persist, consider upgrading to an aftermarket Android unit with better specs. Many owners have replaced the stock unit with Sony, Pioneer, o r Chinese Android systems, which are faster and more reliable.
