Is fluctuating tire pressure in my Swift normal during hot weather in Pakistan?

During the summer months in Lahore, I often notice my Swifts tire pressure increasing after short drives. Is this normal, o r should I be adjusting pressure more frequently in extreme heat?

Yes, tire pressure naturally increases with heat, and Pakistan’s hot climate especially in cities like Lahore o r Multan can exaggerate this effect.

Why It Happens:
For every 10°C increase in temperature, tire pressure can rise by 1–2 PSI.

Driving heats the tire up, increasing internal air pressure temporarily.

What to Do:
Check tire pressure early in the morning, when tires are cold.

Inflate to the recommended cold tire pressure usually around 30–32 PSI.

Don’t bleed air from hot tires, as they will be under higher pressure temporarily.
