Khyber’s Power Locks Not Working With Remote — What Could Be Wrong?
My Khyber has central locking with a remote, but suddenly the doors won’t lock/unlock using the remote, even though the remote light blinks. The locks still work manually from inside. Is it a problem with the remote receiver, o r the central locking control box? How do I troubleshoot this?

If your Khyber’s remote doesnt lock/unlock the doors but manual operation still works, it usually points to issues in the remote system, not the actuators themselves.
Possible Causes:
Remote Battery Dead o r Weak: Even if the light blinks, a low battery may not send a strong enough signal.
Receiver Module Issue: The receiver that picks up the remote’s signal may be faulty o r have a broken antenna wire.
Programming Loss: In rare cases, the remote may lose sync with the control unit.
Blown Fuse: Some aftermarket systems have a separate fuse for the remote/receiver function.
Fix: Replace the remote battery first. If the issue persists, check the receiver wiring o r reprogram the remote usually done by pressing specific buttons o r using a jumper wire as per the brands instructions. If still unresolved, consider replacing the remote receiver module.
