KYB Shock Absorbers availability

I am specifically looking for Axio 2007 shock absorbers but everyone seems to have the variant which will fit fine in Axio 2007 but they are not meant for it i.e. they are Rough Road package and so are not soft. Why is the market out of KYB shock absorbers?
Front set:
KYB 333455
KYB 333456
Rear set:
KYB 341420
Agriauto compatible are available but again, they wont be soft. Specifically looking in Rawalpindi/Peshawar with no luck. I have also searched the import database and it looks like no body other than Agriauto is dealing with KYB Officially? meaning everything in the market of KYB might be gray/smuggled/container and might as well be FAKE.
