Levin - Toyota 2T

Levin - Toyota 2T

Well, I gotta make it short for u! I have an army Corona late 70's model with the 2T engine. It knocks a lot if u short shift it to higher gear and lacks necessary power. Its a carby engine.

Can u help me get it right. I mean any suggestions u might have that might set that engine on the right course. It picks up very slow but once it gets into the mood, I mean @ high rpms, then its good. But it really lacks punch in low rpms. I dont want it to be able to race, but just to make it a little more driveable and reliable for long journeys.

Cud the performance parts do some job @ this. DO lemme know sir! CheerZ!

what is the air/fuel ratio on that carby?. i got bored with carburators after a while, normally u set them a certain rpm to perform good, then you see them lagging at rest of rpm range. unless its a weber prf. carburator.

differential change will make it feel and move easily.
Get a smaller diff with fewer grooves then this one. U need speedo calibration after this.
We solved the same problem in our liteace by changing the diff.
There is big variety available in sultan ka khoo
