My 2015 Swift keeps losing coolant every few days, but there’s no obvious leak under the car o r near the radiator. Could it be a head gasket issue

My 2012 Suzuki Swift recently started overheating during the day. I checked the coolant level and it’s fine. Could the radiator fan o r its sensor be faulty? How do I check if the fan is turning on at the right time?
