Power Window Not Responding at All

On my United Alpha, sometimes when I press the window switch, the power window doesn’t move at all — no sound, no response. What could be causing a completely dead power window? Could it be a blown fuse, wiring issue inside the door, o r a bad window motor/regulator? How do mechanics in Pakistan typically diagnose and fix this in local workshops?
