Rust Spots Appearing Under the Paint on My Hyundai Tucson – Normal?

I’ve discovered small rust bubbles forming under the paint on the rear fenders of my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I live in Karachi and don’t drive through saltwater, so I’m confused why this is happening so soon. Is this a known issue for Tucsons sold in Pakistan?

Rust bubbles under the paint, especially on the fenders o r undercarriage, are not normal for a vehicle thats just 1–2 years old. In Pakistan, this could be due to:

Poor rust-proofing during local assembly.

Paint layer being too thin o r not properly sealed, especially in hidden areas.

Exposure to moisture, road salt near the sea Karachi, o r untreated road water.

Hyundai claims to provide anti-corrosion warranty usually 5 years, so document and report this immediately. Take photos, and visit an authorized Hyundai dealership for inspection. If it’s a manufacturing issue, they may offer a rust treatment o r panel repaint under warranty.
