Smell of Petrol in Mehran?

yar i m having a prob with my mehran when i start my car and accelarate it, i got a petrol smell while sitting in the car ,then after driving the car for few mins i.e 5 mins the car comes to its normal position(smell khtm ho jate hia) .i throughly checked the carpet,mats but the prob is still there :s .and one thing more i filled the tank of petrol and after 20 dayz are so it gradually decreases and now petrol needle is showing that there aint any petrol in the tank and i checked the porch where i use to park the car i didnt fine any drop of petrol on the floor not even the smell of petrol from the floor then where the petrol goes ...nd i dnt even drive 1 km on petrol plz tell me wht ll be prob/

Mehran's primary fuel filter is located at the rear right side beneath the passenger seat....There might be a possibility that the fuel evaporates from that place due to loose pipe.

Secondly check all the fuel lines for any sort of leakage.....
