Suggestion please for Resto of these old school rims

Suggestion please for Resto of these old school rims

I have these unattractive, old-fashioned rims that came with the car. Im considering restoring them, but they have silver paint thats in poor condition and are missing the center part, which is bolted by a screw. Im thinking of having the center part made by a metalworker and wondering how best to restore the rims.

Should I use paint stripper and then repaint them, o r should I opt for a tooling method and chrome finish?

Alternatively, should I just leave them as they are and exchange them for new rims?

These wheels pose a significant threat and are highly dangerous for use on vehicles. The drilled holes that match the PCD are not an industry standard and lack any safety rating. It is recommended that you sell them by weight and purchase new OEM wheels for your car if you value your life.
