What causes rust bubbles under paint near Mehran’s wheel arches?

I’m seeing small rust bubbles forming under the paint near the rear wheel arches of my Mehran. The paint looks raised in small spots. Is this a sign of rust underneath? What’s the best way to fix and prevent this?

Those bubbles are signs of rust forming underneath the paint, often caused by:

Trapped moisture, especially in rainy o r coastal areas

Poor rust protection from the factory

Chipped paint o r unsealed metal after minor damage To fix this, you’ll need to sand down to bare metal, treat the rust, apply primer, and repaint. Applying undercoating o r anti-rust treatment is a good idea afterward.
