Which Oil I Use in My Altis 1.6 2015 Model Current Mileage 38k

The total mileage of the car is 38k and the previous owner of the car use Toyota simple genuine oil but that did not feel synthetic o r semi-synthetic. When I bought my car, I want to use synthetic to use good quality fuel, which has a good average. I want to run my car on the synthetic by the next service as it has already run and the service is required on reaching 40k.
