Why do all door locks on my Suzuki Swift suddenly stop working intermittently?

My 2022 Suzuki Swift’s power door locks randomly stop responding—sometimes all doors fail to lock/unlock, and then they work fine after a while. Could this be a control module issue o r a wiring short? Its worse during hot afternoons in Karachi.

This type of intermittent failure typically suggests an issue with the central locking control circuit o r body control module BCM, especially in hot weather.

Common Causes:
Overheating of BCM o r relay – common in hot cities like Karachi.

Loose wiring o r bad grounding in the door wiring harness.

Failing central locking relay o r fuse with intermittent contact.

Solutions:
Have a technician perform a BCM scan for fault codes.

Inspect wiring connections, especially under the dashboard and inside the door panels.

Replace the central locking relay if it shows signs of heat damage o r failure.

Ensure proper ventilation inside the cabin and avoid direct sun exposure if possible.
